1. Disclaimer
Accuracy of Information The product information, prices, specifications, pictures and texts on our website and quotation sheets are for reference only. If the information is inconsistent with the actual situation due to system updates or human errors, the actual quotation and shipping details of our company shall prevail. Our company does not assume any responsibility derived from any erroneous information.
Technology and Color Difference Although we use a professional color management process, the color difference of the actual finished product may differ slightly from the screen preview due to factors such as materials, printing methods, monitor settings or shooting light sources. This is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute the company's liability for defects.

Force Majeure The Company does not assume any liability for compensation due to natural disasters, war, government policies, network interruptions or other events beyond the control of the Company, resulting in service delays, changes or terminations, but will do its utmost to assist customers in handling subsequent matters.
2. Terms of Service
1. Order and quotation
1.1 Before placing an order, customers must provide complete design files and production requirements.
1.2 After confirming the requirements, the Company will reply with a quotation in writing or by email; the quotation is generally valid for 7 days and needs to be reconfirmed or adjusted after the expiration date.
2. Deposit and Payment
2.1 After placing an order, the customer must first pay a deposit (usually 30%-70% of the total amount) before entering the production process;
2.2 The balance shall be paid in full before shipment;
2.3 The Company only accepts bank transfers, ATM transfers, etc. and does not provide credit card services.
3. Design and review
3.1 The company provides basic pre-press inspection services; if additional art, layout or 3D schematic design is required, a separate quotation will be provided;
3.2 After the customer confirms the electronic proofreading, it is deemed that the content and color have been approved. Without the consent of the company, no rework is allowed.
4. End-to-end workflow and responsibilities
4.1 Our production process covers: pre-press (plate, die cutting, proofreading), printing, glazing, mounting, laminating, gluing, inspection, packaging, shipment and other stages;
4.2 The delivery standards and acceptance methods for each stage shall be specified in the quotation or project confirmation;
4.3 If there is a delay due to discrepancies in the client's files or changes in requirements, the resulting progress adjustments and additional costs shall be borne by the client.
5. Project management and schedule assurance
5.1 After the order is initiated, both parties shall confirm the complete production schedule and mark the milestones of each stage;
5.2 If either party wishes to change the schedule, they must notify and negotiate in writing in advance;
5.3 In the event of force majeure or shortage of raw materials, the Company will notify the customer within 3 days and negotiate a new schedule.
6. Delivery and shipment
6.1 The company will notify the estimated production days according to the order specifications; if it is necessary to extend the production time appropriately during the peak season or for special processing, we will inform you in advance;
6.2 The delivery method can be logistics delivery or customer pick-up. The freight is calculated based on the actual weight and delivery location;
6.3 If the customer fails to pick up the goods within the prescribed time limit, and the Company is required to keep the goods for safekeeping, a storage fee of 0.1% per day will be charged.
7. Quality Assurance and Inspection Standards
7.1 Our company conducts inspections according to the standards of color difference tolerance (ΔE ≤ 3), number of sheets error (plus or minus 3%), mounting firmness, etc.
7.2 Provide "First Article Confirmation" or "Interim Samples". After the customer confirms that there are no errors, mass production will be carried out. The labor cost/sample fee for the first article confirmation will be agreed upon separately according to the project.
8. Returns, Exchanges and After-Sales Service
8.1 Reproduction without liability for major defects
Definition: Major defects such as printing ghosting, severe color difference (ΔE>5), missing prints, missing corners, cutting errors, etc.
Time limit: Customers must submit written acceptance objections within 7 days of receipt.
Responsibility: If it is confirmed that we are responsible, we will be responsible for remaking or returning the products free of charge.
8.2 Definition and treatment of minor defects
Definition (does not affect the main functions and overall appearance of the product, including but not limited to):
Color difference ΔE ≤ 5, not noticeable under normal light source
Very small bubbles on the printed surface (diameter ≤ 1 mm, ≤ 1 bubble per square centimeter)
Very small scratches on the edge of the paper (length ≤ 1 mm, depth not exceeding 10% of the paper thickness)
Microscopic phenomena such as small amount of ink splashing, tiny bumps or uneven ink jetting
Solution:
No free reprints will be provided for minor defects;
If the customer needs to re-produce, a separate quotation will be made based on the actual production cost;
The Company may provide "5% discount on the total amount" or "additional 5% discount on the next order" as compensation for the batch of orders. The specific method shall be negotiated by both parties.
8.3 Time Limit for Objection
Customers must raise objections to acceptance within 7 days (inclusive) of receipt;
If no objection is raised within the deadline, the product will be deemed to have been accepted and any right of return, exchange or reproduction will be waived.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 The text, graphics, pictures, etc. provided by the Client shall ensure that they do not infringe the rights of any third party; if any dispute or damage arises from such use, the Client shall be solely responsible for compensation.
9.2 The Company may authorize or transfer the right to use the patterns, schematics, 3D animations, etc. designed for the Client in accordance with the Contract after the Client has paid the full amount. The scope and restrictions shall be agreed upon separately.
9.3 No one may reprint, reproduce or provide the information to any third party without authorization.
10. Logistics, warehousing and insurance
10.1 The Company may provide short-term warehousing and partial shipment services. The storage period, custody responsibility and insurance coverage shall be specified in the order terms or in a separately signed warehousing agreement.
10.2 Damage to goods that are picked up by the customer or during logistics transportation will be compensated according to the terms of the carrier or insurance company.
11. Price Adjustment Terms
11.1 If the overall increase or decrease in raw materials (paper, ink), processing costs, etc. exceeds 10%, the Company may adjust the price of orders that have not yet been produced.
11.2 Price changes must be notified to the Client in writing 14 days before the change takes effect.
12. Cancellation and Breach of Contract
12.1 If the customer cancels before production, the incurred costs or cancellation fee will be charged according to the actual progress; if the cancellation date is less than 10 days from the delivery date, a penalty of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
12.2 If the Company commits a serious breach of contract, it shall refund the amount paid by the Client and waive any other fees; both parties may request damages in accordance with this clause.
13. Confidentiality
The Company and its clients shall keep confidential the commercial secrets, technical information and personal information learned during the cooperation process and shall not disclose them to a third party without the consent of both parties or permission of the law.
14. Environmental and safety responsibilities
14.1 The Company complies with relevant environmental protection laws and regulations and collects, recycles and legally disposes of waste water and waste materials.
14.2 All chemicals used in the processing process comply with safety specifications and safety data sheets (SDS) are provided for customers to review.
15. Regular review and revision
These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on the date of publication and shall be reviewed and revised regularly every year or when laws and regulations are updated. The latest version will be published on our website. Please pay attention to it regularly.
16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first negotiate in a friendly manner. If the negotiation fails, they agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan, where our company is located, shall be the court of first instance.
