Why does the color of the actual product look different from what is on the screen?
The screen displays RGB light source, while printing uses CMYK ink. The color gamut itself is different, so there will be some color difference in the actual product.
Why is there a slight difference in color between the proof and the actual print?
Because the machines, inks and papers used for proofing and actual printing are different, color differences will occur, but they will be controlled within a reasonable range.
Why are the colors of printed pages not exactly the same every time?
Ink concentration, ambient temperature and humidity, paper ink absorption and other factors will cause slight differences, which is an unavoidable natural phenomenon in the printing process.
Why do different paper materials print different colors?
Paper absorbs ink, and each type of paper absorbs ink in different amounts, which affects the color saturation and brightness.
Why does the same piece of paper have different shades of color?
This may be due to different paper moisture content or slight changes in ink distribution, and is within the normal range of color difference.

Why do cardboard boxes sometimes break?
This may be because the corrugated paper is too thick, which may cause cracks when rolling or folding.
Why do some papers curl?
Affected by changes in environmental humidity, paper will expand or contract, especially in high humidity or dry environments.
Why does printed paper fluff up or shed paper scraps?
Some paper materials have loose fibers, and will produce burrs when rubbed by high-speed machines. This is part of the characteristics of paper.
Why is the edge of the carton a little white?
If there is a bend in the crease when folding the box, the ink may crack slightly, which will be more obvious on dark printing.
Why does the printed product have a slightly powdery or foggy feel?
It may be that the varnishing is not completely uniform or the paper surface is rough, resulting in insufficient saturation of the ink, which will visually appear to be powdery.

Why does misregistration occur?
In high-speed printing, slight paper slippage will affect the registration position, and the error will be controlled within the acceptable range.
Why are there some double colors?
It may be due to mechanical vibration of the paper and uneven drying of the ink, which causes printing afterimages and is not a defect.
Why is the paper glossy or matte inconsistent?
If the paper absorbs the coating at different speeds during glazing, it will cause visual differences between the glossy and matte surfaces.
Why is white ink not obvious?
White ink has limited hiding power and will show less effectively on dark or rough paper.
Why are the edges of the colored blocks a little blurry?
It may be that high-dot printing causes dot diffusion, which is a normal physical phenomenon.

Why is the laminated wave paper not flat?
Different paper humidity or laminating pressure will cause uneven lamination in some areas, which looks like waves visually.
Why are there small bubbles when mounting paper?
If the humidity is too high or the paper has not yet adapted to the environment during lamination, bubbles are likely to form. We will try our best to avoid them but cannot completely eliminate them.
Why are paper boxes sometimes difficult to fold?
The die-cutting and folding lines may be slightly tight due to the thickness of the paper and the direction of the fibers. This is common.
Why do the edges crack when the box is completed?
If the paper is too thick or the ink at the fold is heavy, cracks will easily appear at the fold line.
Why is there a little glue mark after pasting the box?
Glue is a necessary process. Some glue will leave traces. Under normal circumstances, we will try our best to prevent glue from overflowing.

Why does the carton arrive slightly bent?
It may be slightly bent due to pressure during transportation or changes in environmental humidity, but it will recover naturally after being placed.
Why do paper boxes have pressure marks after being stacked for a long time?
When a large number of paper boxes are stacked, the bottom layer will be under pressure and produce indentations. It is recommended not to place them above a certain height.
Why is there a slight error in the number of cartons shipped each time?
Most factories use automatic counting machines as the standard, and manual packaging will inevitably produce an error of ±3%.
Why is the packaging sometimes a little dusty?
The printing factory is an industrial environment. Although the products are packaged and sealed, some dust may be generated during transportation.
Why does the printed product have a slight ink smell?
The ink takes some time to dry, which is normal and will disappear after a few days.

Can the printed colors be reproduced 100%?
Due to limitations in materials, craftsmanship and color range, it is not possible to achieve 100% consistency, but it can be controlled within 5%.
Machine printing does not equal precision drawing?
Printing is a mass production process that is affected by the environment and materials, and the errors are within an acceptable range.
Why does the design document have color cast when printed?
If the font is not converted to CMYK or the font is not converted to curves, it may be offset or displayed incorrectly during printing.
Why does dark printing easily show fingerprints?
Dark ink has high density and is easy to show marks after touch. It is recommended to add glazing or matte treatment.
Can each batch be guaranteed to be exactly the same before printing?
Because printing conditions, ink concentration, machine settings, etc. vary slightly from day to day, each batch of finished products will have slight variations, which is common in the printing industry.
